• By placing a custom order, you confirm that you have reviewed and approved the design, specifications and final artwork.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice, depending on raw materials, customization scope or volume.
• Payment terms will be shared upon quotation and must be fulfilled as per the agreed-upon schedule.
• Orders are processed only after receiving full or partial payment, as applicable.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimated at the time of order confirmation but may vary due to production schedules, logistics or unforeseen events.
• We use trusted courier partners to ship orders across India and internationally.
• Tri Essence is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
